Statistical Data Analysis, know as Descriptive analysis = process of collecting and analyzing (large) volumes of data with the purpose of identifying trends, pasterns, relations and then, deliver insights.
After collecting data, main steps (already implemented in Azure ML) are:
- Organise, summarise, clean, transform using descriptive statistics
- Train models and public (inference process)
- Interpret the results, adjust models and so on. It is a never ending activity because data input is alive (suffer changes in time)
Focus now on the concept of descriptive statistics.
